Return & Cancellation Policies
At Arrival Tires, we try hard to get you the correct items, every time. If you need to return a product for any reason, we want to make that as fast and easy as possible. Here are the policies related to returns that may help you understand and navigate the process.

The vast majority of products available at Arrival Tires are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.

 

To initiate a return,a Return Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product and must be received back to Arrival Tires within 45 days of receiving the product. When shipping the return, this return authorization # must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without a return authorization # are not eligible for refund.

Restocking Fees

All products require a 25% restocking fee of original retail price; not sale price. These items qualify for a refund, less the restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs, when returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.

All Shipments over $75 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure items are received safely. If customer is unable to arrange for signature and your shipment is returned, the restocking fee policy shown above will apply. If you have questions or concerns about this, please call us prior to placing your order.

***Product financed through PayTomorrow requires the return restocking fee and all non-refundable items to be paid before the return authorization can be completed.***

Special order tires wheels are NOT Eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Arrival Tires at 877-93-TIRES (84737) to receive a Return Authorization # and return shipping address along with detailed return instructions.

2. Clearly write and/or affix the Return Authorization # on the package and return to the address specified.

3. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or a Arrival Tires error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. If you are returning your product using your own return shipping provider, please provide Arrival Tires the tracking # so we can properly follow the shipping status of your return.

5. Upon the receipt of your returned product, the manufacturer/vendor may take approximately 10-15 business days to issue Arrival Tires your credit.

6. After Arrival Tires receives credit for the successful return of your product, we will initiate the refund on the original method of payment. The order will be credited the purchase price, less restocking fees and any non-refundable items. Arrival Tires will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.

Refusing Delivery of Your Order

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order after we have already fulfilled and shipped the product, you are responsible for restocking fees, return shipping costs and any non-refundable items. This will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you receive a product you feel is damaged or is the incorrect item, please still accept delivery of the product. This will allow us the most efficient way to determine the best course of action to help you. If you refuse delivery of a product you feel is damaged or incorrect, without first contacting Arrival Tires, we must wait for that product to arrive back to our facility or the original shipping warehouse before a replacement product can be sent.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Arrival Tires will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged product. To obtain the return shipping label, please follow the above return procedure. —Please keep in mind, certain defects such as minor scratches and scuffs to the backside of a wheel that is not visible after installation is normal and not considered defective as manufacturers do not fully finish this area of a wheel or protect it for transit in most cases.— Any damages or defects must be reported to Arrival Tires prior to installation and within 48 hours of receiving your products so that Arrival Tires can first determine the best course of action.

***Arrival Tires may require documented proof showing damage or defects.***

In cases where wheels or tires are deemed to be potentially “out of round” by an installer or customer, this needs to be validated using a Hunter Road Force balancing system. In situations such as this, the customer would need to provide Arrival Tires with a printout of a run-out test, the road-force number, and the lateral and horizontal variance. Unfortunately, laser balancing machines and / or a visual inspection of movement is not a valid or accurate assessment of a wheel or tire being defective. Arrival Tires strongly encourages all of its customers to have your wheels and tires installed only with Hunter Road Force equipment. Please see the link below to find an installer near you. Non-Returnable Products

Arrival Tries Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

The cost of guaranteed delivery is non-refundable if one or more items in your order has already been delivered and/or entered the shipping process.

Some products, including but not limited to custom patterned and custom painted items, are not returnable. In the case of manufacturer defect or Arrival error, these items may be exchanged only, no refunds.

Holiday Returns

Arrival Tires extends the eligible return period from 30 to 60 days on orders placed between “Black Friday” (the Friday following Thanksgiving) and Dec 24th. All other standard return policies and procedures apply.

Canceling Your Order

If you ordered incorrectly or decide you do not want to proceed with an order you already placed through Arrival Tires.

 

Please remember, Arrival Tires makes every effort to provide industry-leading processing times on all orders. If your order has already been entered into our order fulfillment system, placed for shipment, is already on the delivery truck, is in transit for delivery, or has already been delivered, we cannot cancel or modify your order. If we are unable to stop your order from being processed and you would still like to return your purchase, standard return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply.

Additional Disclosures

Authorized items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued. It is highly recommended that all products be test fitted prior to installing as we cannot accept return of products that have been installed and therefore used.

Arrival Tires will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt of the items. Arrival Tires must be notified of any incorrectly received products or shipping damage prior to installation and within 48 hours of receiving the products. If notified after installation, Arrival Tires cannot accept a return on any damaged or incorrectly received items. As with any vehicle part, Arrival Tires cannot account for variations in vehicles due to age or customization, occasionally minor modifications may be necessary to ensure correct fitment.
