How are we able to offer Fast, Free Shipping?
The moment you place your order we verify everything to ensure there are no hiccups or possible fitment issues. You can expect a call, during regular business hours / days, from one of our fitment experts within 24-hours of placing your order if we believe there is going to be a possible fitment issue.
We do not offer mounting and balancing although you may think that creates more hassle for you it does not. We are able to ship at a faster rate and help you support your local economy by going to your preferred mechanic shop.
When can I expect delivery?
We take pride in knowing that you will typically receive your wheels, tires or accessories in 5-7 BUSINESS* from the order date; the timeline is as follows:
- Processing: Allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process and for the shipping carrier’s webpage to update with tracking information
- Shipping: Allow an additional 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to arrive
- Custom Drilled Notice: Custom drilled wheels may take up to 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS to be completed; shipping times are in addition to the 15-30 days
- Freight Notice: Larger accessories, wheels, or tires may be freight shipped, requiring additional processing and shipping days (allow 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping)

Inspect, test fit, mount and balance, share photos with BB Wheels, DRIVE Happy! It’s just that simple.
1. Inspect your product(s) within 48-hours of receipt to verify the items are correct and in good condition
2. Always TEST FIT your items before actual installation
